The scope of work listed in A.2 is intended to give an overview of the Work and is not inclusive of all the Work necessary to complete the project. The Work shall be performed outside the Protected Area. C. Contractor shall always maintain one working elevator during the Work. D. Contractor shall provide all the required equipment and tooling necessary to complete the Work, the Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide and install all materials specified for the modernization of the elevator. 2. Arrange and pay for all inspections and permits. 3. Provide new door operation and protection. 4. Provide new power unit and controllers. 5. Provide new wiring. 6. Provide new cab finishes. 7. Provide new voice annunciation unit and special emergency service. 8. Provide standard maintenance as described in the specifications. 9. Modify power feeders. 10. Minimize noise and vibration from construction work. 11. Provide as-built documentation to the Technical Representative or designee.
