Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hanover, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The purpose of this unsealed Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain bids from qualified HVAC contractors to perform replacement of an HVAC system at Hanover County Fire Station #5 located at 13226 Hanover Courthouse Road, Hanover, VA. Contractor Qualifications: The Contractor shall have experience in commercial HVAC replacement. Work performed under the contract shall be performed by qualified, licensed HVAC technicians. All inquiries for information should be directed to: Angela Melton, Contract Manager, (804) 365-6061 or apmelton@hanovercounty.gov and must be received no later than five (5) working days before the due date. Project Completion: Work will begin at time designated by the County which is anticipated to be Fall 2024. All work must be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed.
