Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanover, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment and materials to remove existing outside walk-in freezer and install a brand new outside walk-in freezer. A. Existing Walk-in freezer o Disassemble, remove and discard current outside walk-in freezer o 10' x 7'10" x 7'10" o BOHN BHT019L6BF - Compressor o Heatcraft D07B05828 - Evaporator B. The Contractor shall provide the following new equipment o 10' x 7'-10" x 8'-7" outside freezer with floor and roof cap. o Provide and install new refrigeration equipment. o Complete refrigerant and condensate line piping. o Pressurize, evacuate, and weigh in charge. o Start up, check operations, and set controls as needed. o 4" Stucco Galvalume interior/exterior o .100 Diamond tread flooring. o 34" x 78" flush model door o BCH0025LBACXA0200 outdoor condensing unit. 208/230 1phase or equivalent o BEL0100BS6EEAB0405 evaporator. 208/230 1phase R-448a or equivalent
