Period of Contract: from award of contract through February 28, 2026 (Renewable) Summary:The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a term contract(s) through competitive negotiations for on-call, as needed incidental construction and critical-urgent repair work on Storm Water Management (SWM) Facilities-Infrastructures for Hanover County Public Works Dept. Services under the contract shall be inclusive of all costs (i.e. profit, overhead, insurance, administrative, etc.) to provide all supervision, labor, equipment-machinery, operators, materials, fuel, transportation (mobilization), tools, parts, supplies, record documentation, and other various responsibilities associated with drainage infrastructure and other real property as assigned under the contract. Services include, but not limited to stormwater management, general maintenance, repairs and retrofits, rehabilitation, renovations, improvements, installations, minor construction, specialty type work such as placing drainage pipes, structures and ditches, dam repairs and stormwater management, basin repairs, concrete structures, outfall restoration projects, and emergency work orders. This includes, but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical and associated underground components-systems. When services are provided at School locations, the Contractor's crew supervisor (foreman) shall check in at the main office of the school prior to performing any work.
