The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a term contract(s), through competitive negotiations for on-site calibration, maintenance and repairs services to water and wastewater instrumentation and associated equipment at various Hanover County Department of Public Utilities locations throughout the County in accordance with the requirements herein Period of Contract: From the date of award through November 30, 2025 (Renewable) The County reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. Should the County determine in writing and in its sole discretion that only one Offeror is fully qualified, or that one Offeror is clearly more highly qualified and suitable than the others under consideration, a contract may be negotiated and awarded to that Offeror Question Deadline 10/21/2024 All inquiries for information should be directed to: Trena A.
