The Town of Castle Rock is requesting that your firm submit a proposal to provide complete architectural and engineering services for Fire Station 156 and Fleet Services. The project will be located at the intersection of Castle Oaks Drive and Pleasant View Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado. The services requested include, but are not be limited to: program verification, public outreach, completion of milestone deliverables, attendance at progress design meetings, budget & constructability reviews with CMGC, permitting, construction administration, attendance at weekly OAC's, and providing as-builts and close out documents per the contract. Generally, the primary functional needs include: Fire Station 156 - Approximately 12,800 Square Feet. Generally, includes a living facility with 7 bedrooms, an apparatus bay for 6 vehicles in a tandem configuration, and storage and equipment bay. Fleet Maintenance Building - Approximately 9,200 Square Feet. Generally, includes an apparatus bay for 6 vehicles in a tandem configuration, office, equipment storage, material/parts storage, shop space. Welding and body work will be included. Site & Parking - Approximately 2.5-acres, plus common access drive. Employee parking for 12 Fire and 8 Fleet, plus visitors.
