Each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following classification(s) throughout the duration of the Contract: Class C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor License or a Class A, General Engineering Contractor License. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 10.00% Question Deadline 08/13/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Scope of Work: That for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained on the part of the AGENCY, and the sums of money hereinafter designated to be paid to the CONTRACTOR by the AGENCY in the manner and form as hereinafter in attached specifications provided, the CONTRACTOR hereby covenants and agrees to and with the AGENCY, to provide all labor, tools, appliances, equipment, plant and transportation, and any and all other expenses necessary or incidental to the performance of certain work hereinafter specified, and to provide, construct, and complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified below in section 4 for the NEWHALL AVENUE WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS FROM MARKET STREET TO PINE STREET - TRAFFIC CONTROL all as more particularly and in detail set forth in those certain plans and specifications filed in the office of the AGENCY, and identified by the signatures of the parties to this Agreement
