Reference Number 0000352875 Job Location: Crossroads Blvd in Fort Collins The South Fort Collins Sanitation District (District) is soliciting qualifications to rehabilitate approximately 30 manholes within its district. The estimated project value is $800,000. Interested contractors must submit a qualifications statement responding to each of the minimum qualifications below and failure to respond to any of these qualifications may be basis for elimination from consideration. Colorado based contractor: Contractor must have had a permanent office address presence in the State of Colorado for at least the last 5 years. Self-performance: Contractor must demonstrate ability to self-perform a minimum of 80% of the work with their own forces (this excludes equipment). Labor must comply with Keep Jobs in Colorado Act; 7 CCR 1103-6. Location: Contractor must demonstrate that employee at least three personnel who can respond to project issues and warranty issues within two hours. Experience: Contractor must list at least three similar construction projects completed in the last 10 years with the following minimum characteristics: Construction with fiberglass inserts and geopolymer spin-cast applications Installed depth of greater than 8 feet Coordination with bypass pumping subcontractors or conducting bypass pumping Construction value of at least $200,000 5. Key Personnel: List construction experience of the project Manager and Superintendent that would be assigned to this project. Minimum experience required: a. Project manager shall have at least five years of sanitary sewer installation experience and shall have successfully completed a minimum of three projects of at least $100,000 per project as a project manager in the last 10 years. b. Superintendent shall have completed a minimum of two open cut installation and handling of fiber glass insert projects in the last 10 years. Construction Personnel: In addition to the Key Personnel, submit resumes/experience statements for at least two locally based construction staff with a minimum of 5 years construction experience related to the project. Subcontractors: List subcontractors used to perform any of the work. District experience: Please list experience completing projects for the District. No minimum experience with the District is required, though previous experience with the District may be beneficial to selection.
