This project involves 2 different parking lots that are not next to each other, and they are both a removal and replacement of existing asphalt A bid bond properly signed by the Contractor and a qualified surety and submitted on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, must accompany the bid submitted within U3P - Bonfire.
