Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of the removal of the existing dual duct system and upgrading to a VAV with Reheat. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. For this project, the General Contractor shall be required to use for their mechanical subcontractor a Mechanical Contractor from the DFCM Pre-qualified Mechanical Contractors List. This work must be completed during Summer Break 2024.
