The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Dfcm construction pre-qualified mechanical contractors uvu multi building hvac Controls & fire smoke damper upgrades Project Description: This project consists of control upgrades for multiple ATC damper locations and new fire dampers and ATC damper actuators in multiple buildings (Sorensen Center, Gunther Trades, Computer Science, and Sparks Automotive). The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. This work must be completed during Summer Break 2024 which starts May 9TH through August 12, 2024. Construction Cost Estimate: $950,000.00
