Utah Valley University is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Bid includes, concrete, asphalt, zero scape work and some landscaping. please read complete bid. Bid Bond: An electronic copy of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to Utah Valley University on AIA's bid bond form A310-2010, must be uploaded and attached to your bid response. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid, the bid will be considered non-responsive. Performance and Payment Bonds: The awarded contractor, simultaneously with the execution of the Contractor's Agreement, will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on AIA bond form A312-2010: - A full 100% Performance Bond covering the faithful execution of the contract. - A full 100% Payment Bond covering all obligations arising thereunder. Bonds must be provided prior to the commencement of any work. Failure to provide the required bonds will result in the contract being cancelled
