This work will be done alongside the General Contractor.. this project includes the removala of dual duct box system and replacement with new vavs with reheat coils to serve the gunther trades building. the project shall replace the roof mounted dual duct box ahu with new vav air handler. duct demolition shall be completed by the abatement contractor where abatement is required based on dfcm hazmat report. all modified or changed sprinkler heads shall be quick response and comply with the latest adopted fire code. contractor shall be responsible with the re-location of all furniture and equipment in the space. items shall be stored through construction and re-installed at the end of construction. contractor shall be required to fully document existing locations and conditions of furniture that will be re-located. coordinate with uvu for on site storage locations of furniture Construction Cost Estimate: $140,000.00 QUESTIONS DEADLINE , MARCH 6, 2024 3:00 PM Via online.
