Completion Date: Aug. 16, 2024 SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under this section of the specifications consists of modifying the existing system as required to allow for the completion of the restroom renovation. The ceiling will be raised, provide new sprinkler heads and adjust branch piping as required. The work is to include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for and reasonably incidental to the complete design and installation including modifying the exsting fire suppression system as herein described, including such minor details not specifically mentioned or shown as may be necessary to complete the system ready for successful operation, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. B. All work under this section shall be done in accordance with the best modern practice, using new first grade material and shall be arranged to avoid interference with existing conditions. C. It shall be this fire suppression contractor's responsibility to coordinate and provide the appropriate information to the fire alarm contractor so that the systems will be operational. D. Final payment will not be authorized until accurate and complete record drawings, O&M manuals, and hydraulic calculations have been received and accepted by the Owner's Designated Representative. E. This contractor is responsible for obtaining and incorporating all of the addenda changes into the system design.
