Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anoka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work includes the construction of approximately: 1 Service Pipe 3520 LF Connect to Existing 99 EACH 4 Concrete Walk 780 SQ YD Asphalt Driveway Pavement 50 SQ YD Seed and Hydromulch 7980 SQ YD together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. Contract Must Be Complete by May 10, 2025. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Anoka shall accompany each bid. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), and Responsible Contractor Certification. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
