Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Alamosa, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes installing a new lift station, valve vault, pumps, controls, and generator (owner supplied), All other material and Electrical tie-in Gas tie-in and Fencing, and force main tie-in to city infrastructure will be done by Contractor or their Sub contractor. See plans for full details. Any Audition hardware that is not listed should be supplied by Contractor for Bid Amount. The City of Alamosa shall not be responsible for premature opening of bids not properly labeled. All bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid amount. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to the City Clerk, Alamosa, Colorado, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the awards(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The successful bidder will be required to begin the work outlined herein and depicted on the project plans no sooner than 30 days from receipt of a Notice to Proceed, and to complete the work prior to November 15, 2024.
