No. 5 The Project generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major elements: 1. Removal of selected building materials and components, including selected existing fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. 2. Removal and offsite disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials. 3. Offsite legal disposal of all removed materials. 4. Provision of site and civil components and systems, including storm drainage system, trenching, and site utilities. 5. Provision of certain structural systems and components. 6. Preparation for reroofing, including repair/replacement of deteriorated wood blocking. 7. Provision of SBS-modified bituminous roofing assembly, including all related components and storm drainage system, including scuppers, gutters, and downspouts. 8. Refurbishment and refinishing of existing steel pipe rail and post. 9. Provision of cast concrete caps. 10. Masonry repointing. 11. Rebuilding of bowed masonry walls, including replacement of deteriorated steel lintels. 12. Provision of new interior finishes, plastic laminate faced cabinets and casework, and solid surface countertops. 13. Provision of new interior and exterior windows, roller window shades, doors, frames, and associated glazing, and door hardware. 14. Provision of new interior drywall partitions. 15.
