Construction of the Cypress Lake Middle School Temporary Campus. Scope of Work: Demolition: The project involves the demolition of an existing educational facility. Renovation: Renovation work will be carried out on another educational facility. Site Work: Extensive site work is planned for the new temporary campus. A description of the required trade work is as follows: Earthwork, Building Demolition, Site Utilities, Relocation of existing portables, Fencing, Decorative Metals, Rough/Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry, Insulation, Framing/Drywall, Paint, Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings, Specialties, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC. Pre-bid walkthrough date is TBD.
