Creekside Park Irrigation Description Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Facilities sitework and maintenance including repairs and grounds maintenance and snow removal and landscaping services and equipment. Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation Division is initiating the process to replace some of the existing irrigation system at Creekside Park. In 2019 some irrigation was replaced: mainline, valves, clock, 2 wire, isolations on mainline and valves, backflow, hydrometer. To date these items are still in good working condition. This project is to replace the rest of the system, and converting some passive lawn areas to more waterwise alternatives. Planting, irrigation, and sitework. Description of Work The work for this project shall consist of, but not be limited to preparing the site and furnishing all labor materials, and equipment to complete the following improvements with quality workmanship, in a timely manner, and in compliance with project plans and specifications: Construction Time Schedule: Project to Begin (N.T.P.): Estimated June, 2024 Project Completion Date: Estimated October 31, 2024 The Contractor will have 150 calendar days to complete the project
