The County is seeking quotations for the construction of an all-season building at Centennial Park located at 1035 Iris Evans Way, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0H7 in Strathcona County. The Deliverables shall include the construction of a 1785.80 square foot building at Diamond #9 complete with meeting room, concession, washrooms, mechanical room and utility services. Centennial Park will remain open to the public during the course construction and the baseball fields must remain fully accessible. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors issued in 2024 was subsequently cancelled by the owner. Project details may be updated in the future, pending owner's decision to proceed. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
