Furnishing chemicals and supplies to Marion Water Division for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The chemicals and supplies to be furnished consist of the following items: A. 45% Potassium Hydroxide B. Sodium Silicate ('N' Brand) C. Liquid Propane (The Bidder shall be responsible for furnishing and installing their own bulk propane tanks.) All bids shall be sealed in an envelope which is clearly marked in the lower left hand corner "Marion Water Department Bid for Fiscal Year 2025 Chemicals and Supplies". Bids may be mailed to the Marion Department of Public Works Office, 50 Benson Brook Road, Marion, Massachusetts 02738. The bidder assumes all responsibility for the bids arriving in time for the bid deadline. All bids will remain subject to acceptance by the Town for thirty days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
