BLM-CO - White River Field Office Well Equipment Removal - Amend 3 The purpose of this amendment is to extend solicitation by 12 days from 2 July 2024 to 12 July 2024 in order to provide responses to RFIs submitted to the government subsequent to the pre-quotation site survey and analysis of RFI's. Summary of Changes: 1. extension of solicitation to 12 July 2024. 2. removal of submission requirements of Quality Control Plan (1.6.1), Safety Plan (1.6.3), and Operational Plan (5.4.2) 3. addition of a requirement for a work plan and project schedule as a submission requirement 4. removal of testing (analysis) requirement. 5. change of period of performance completion from 45 days ARO to 120 days ARO 6. Revision of tank dimension to 8 ft diameter, 3 ft height composed of galvanized steel. 7. Contaminated Soils are only in one tank. 8. A final report including weight bills and disposition records will be required prior to approval of invoices. 9. Revision of set-aside status from ISBEE to 100% Small Business Set Aside. 10. Added PWS Rev 3 with the changes above. BLM-CO - White River Field Office Well Equipment Removal - Amend 1 The purpose of this amendment is to post the pre-bid records, amend the statement or work and let you know this procurement is now funded. Funds have now been assigned to this requirement and an ward will be made if we get adequate responses that we can determine to be from responsible sources with prices that are fair and reasonable. BLM-CO - White River Field Office Well Equipment Removal This solicitation is issued with the award being made subject to the availability of funds. At this time, funds have not been assigned to this requirement and the U.S. Government makes no assertion or guarantee that award will be made unless funds become available. This is a solicitation for the removal of two flat tanks and approximately 40 cubic feet of hydrocarbon contaminated soil removal from orphan well federal 1-35 (api 05-107-06062) in the vicinity of Hayden, CO (approximately 40 deg 36 38.3076N, 107 DEG 8 0.7116W). See the Attachments for the Statement of Work, Locations, Schedule of Items and Wage Determination. BLM will provide a pre-award site visit on 11 June 2024 at 10:00 AM MT. Interested contractors must RSVP no later than 10 June at 4:30 PM MT to the COR, Matt Dupire, at 970-878-3839 to confirm attendance. BLM reserves the right to cancel the pre-award site visit if no RSVPs are received by the required date. The BLM contemplates issuing a commercial firm-fixed-price purchase order pursuant to FAR 12 and FAR 13 for one-time performance. Incumbent: There is no current incumbent contract or contractor. Previous service has been via various methods and arrangements. Period of Performance: 45 DAYS ARO upon securing funding; with completion not later than 30 SEP 2024.
