Renovation of a medical facility in Mooresville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This is installation is for a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) membrane roofing system with sheet metal flashing and trim. Contractors are to monitor temperature and material temperature as well as all environmental conditions such as ambient temperature, moisture, sun, cloud cover, wind, humility and shade to ensure conditions are satisfactory to begin work and ensure conditions remain satisfactory during the installation of specified materials. Iredell County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award in the best interest of the County.
