9/10/24 - Per Tonya Smith Tonya.Smith@rwra.org they did not receive any bids and this will go out to rebid soon. Please follow project for future updates. The scope of work for this contract includes rehabilitation of four (with possibility of two Add Alternates) deep tunnel manholes in the combined sewer system of Owensboro, Kentucky. All questions must be submitted to Tonya Smith, 270-687-8440, Bids@rwra.org Regional Water Resource Agency 2101 Grimes Avenue Owensboro, Kentucky 42303 270-687-8452. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a cashier's certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, within 10 days of Notice of Award. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
