Daviess County High School Baseball Field: Provide sub-grate, drainage, and other support facilities to support a new turf field (By Others) for the baseball field. This also includes site grading, new hitting facility / locker room, dugouts and backstop netting and poles, concrete drives and walks, fencing, concrete curbs, sports equipment, and related work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, building demolition, site clearing, earthwork, termite control, subdrainage, asphalt paving, chain link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, base construction and related subsurface work for artificial grass field, track striping, cast-in-place concrete, precast modular block retaining wall, ornamental handrails and railings, Rough carpentry, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, door hardware, visual display boards, post and panel signs, fire protection specialties, sports equipment, pre-engineered wood building system, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris. Proposals will be received as a Lump Sum Bid(s) for the work indicated in the Bidding Documents. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Ohio County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check. Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with and paid for directly to MacoEvansville Blue (non-refundable). The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner and to reject any bid where evidence of information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents.
