Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Base bid shall consist of, in two areas of the existing Club Prior building totaling roughly 3,600 SF, new floor finish/wall base over existing wood, replacement of light fixtures, additional electrical outlets, 36 LF of cabinetry, installation of new water heater and kitchen appliances with associated plumbing, removal of existing 40 foot long operable partition wall and installation of new operable wall with steel support beam and retraction pocket, new 20 foot hallway bench, new HM door and frame and new interior aluminum frame/glazing and door. Alternate #1 will add removal of existing low walls at reception, construction of new walls with attached TV screen, borrowed light, new low entry door and 22 LF of associated cabinetry/millwork. Alternate #2 will add approximately 480 SF of new floor finish in another room, Demo of existing wall-tile and FRP wall finishes, new gyp board wall finishes, new feature light fixtures, replacement of existing fixtures, new APC tiles, 12 LF of cabinetry with SS sink and new aluminum frame/glazing entry with double door. Alternate #3 will add an electrically powered operable partition wall and associated controls in place of the base-bid Manually operated unit. Site Address: 16210 Eagle Creek Ave. SE Est.
