Fabrication, and Construction of a Prefabricated Pavilion. City of London Tourism Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Received. London Tourism & Parks seeks to build a large, multi-use pavilion as part of a larger fairgrounds revitalization project. The structure shall be constructed with a metal I-beam frame or a comparable alternative. A truss style is not desired. The roof shall be constructed of a fabric membrane, as the commission has selected this option for its aesthetics and acoustics. Timelines are critical, with a target kick-off in late summer and completion by winter 2025.
