Renovation of a fire / police facility in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of July 25, 2024, project was awarded to the following sub-contractors: Contracting Specialists, Inc. (Masonry) - $334,000.00 Stanley Roffing Company (Roofing & Flashing) - $211,000.00 Lizotte Glass, inc. (Metal Windows) - $532,460.00 Accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Bid deposits shall be in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the City of Beverly. Performance and Payment Bond satisfactory in form to the Awarding Authority in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract and from a surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required of the successful bidder The Awarding Authority will reject general bids when required to do so by the above-referenced General Laws. In addition, the Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any and all general bids if it deems it to be in the public interest to do so The Project consists of but not limited to: Roof replacement with thermoplastic system, masonry repairs, window, curtain wall, and exterior door replacement, and associated abatement The combined MBE and WBE goal is 10.4%. 1. FSB Masonry The Waterproofing Company LLC-$168,900.00 2. .FSB Roofing and Flashing Stanley Roofing Company-$211,000.00 3.FSB Metal Windows G.V.W., Inc-$234,435.00
