A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pavement Removal, Hot-mix Asphalt (Hma) Surface Removal, Concrete Curb Removal, Sidewalk Removal, Earth Excavation, Storm Sewer Construction, Aggregate Base Course Construction, P.c. Concrete Alley Paving, Combination Concrete Curb and Gutter, P.c. Concrete Sidewalk, Permeable Paver Block Installation, Hma Pavement Patching, Restoration, and All Other Appurtenant Construction. The Contractor Shall Be Required to Furnish Sufficient Insurance or Guaranty of Indemnity to Town of Cicero, Illinois, and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (Mwrdgc), Against Any and All Claims Which Might Arise for Damages to Persons or Property Due to the Negligence of the Contractor or Subcontractor(S), or Their Officers, Agents, Employees or Servants, During the Construction of Said Improvement and Until the Said Improvement Has Been Finally Accepted as Complete by the President and Board of Trustees of the Town of Cicero, the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals or Bids is Reserved.
