Beechwood Playground Renovations. Project Town of Cohasset - Beechwood Playground Renovations Renovation of existing playground and basketball court at Beechwood Playground. Work will include one new asphalt basketball court and new playground area. 1. The proposed project is the renovation of the existing playground and basketball court. 2. The proposed work at the site includes construction of the new playground, renovation of the basketball court with new basketball hoop systems, walkways, and other associated amenities as indicated on the Drawings. 3. The proposed playground equipment and pour-in-place recreational surfacing . In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Contractor Mobilization: It is anticipated that the Contractor may mobilize to the site on Friday, July 5, 2024. Substantial Completion: for the entire project must be achieved by 5:00pm on Friday, September 20, 2024.
