Cohasset Town Hall Roof Replacement The Work consists of the removal and replacement of the sloped shingled roof sections, removal and replacement of the skylights with new Velux Skylights, removal and replacement of the gutters and downspouts with new to match existing. Ancillary and associated work involves miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing, rooftop accessories and sheet-metal fabrications and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Michelle Leary at mleary@cohassetma.gov, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
