An addition to the north of the existing building will house Police detention areas, the Sally Port and (2) vehicle bays. An addition to the south of the existing building will house the Fire Department Sub-station with an apparatus bay for (2) fire apparatus and living quarters for (2) firefighters, as well as new building utility rooms. Site work will consist of regrading the site to accommodate the new work, relocation of existing utility services and connections to the building, a new transformer, addition of an emergency generator, added parking behind the building on the upper slope of the site, and new landscaping.
