The work shall include, but be limited to, concrete replacement, concrete and asphalt removal where necessary, subgrade preparation, unclassified excavation, adjustment of sewer line manholes, and concrete placement and backfill as appropriate, asphalt patching (HMA), traffic control, erosion control and tree protection at each selected alley where work is performed.
