The University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine has been working with an architect and engineering team to create the scope of work and a 100% complete Construction Drawings and Specifications Manual. The Base Bid for this Project will be to remove the brick, remove the current windowsill, replace the windowsill material, and replace the bricks (using the same bricks) on all the windows of the School of Dental Medicine Building L26. 40% of the work will need to be conducted from time or on the weekends.
