Renovation of an educational facility in Lewis Center, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of resealing existing aluminum windows, composite panel rainscreen cladding and insulation on a portion of the building that is existing single wythe masonry and EIFS repair and repainting at Shanahan Middle School Submit all questions to Daniel Berend by email at Daniel_Berend@olsd.us or by phone at # (740) 657-4050. The total estimated construction cost for the Work for the Project is $425,000.00. The successful Bidders shall have their respective Work on the Project substantially complete and finally complete (as Substantial Completion and Final Completion is defined in the Contract Documents) by the dates shown in the Milestone Schedule included in the Project Manual By submitting its bid, each Bidder represents and agrees that based upon its careful and diligent review of the Contract Documents that it is not aware of any inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the Contract Documents for which it has not notified the Architect in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening
