Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewis Center, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Submit all questions to Daniel Berend at Olentangy Schools by phone (740-657-4008) or by e-mail (daniel_berend@olsd.us). Only lump sum single prime bids will be considered. Site visits will need to be made independently at each site location for field verification. Please note that the Drawings are not to scale. Pre-bid requests for interpretation for this project shall be directed to Daniel Berend, Olentangy Local Schools at 740-657-4008 or e-mail at daniel_berend@olsd.us. All requests must be written. Single Prime Bid: This is a single prime lump sum bid for the 2025 District Wide Flooring Upgrades at the Olentangy Local School District. See the attached Drawings and specifications for the extent of the Work. 1. The scope includes the following: a. Removal and disposal of existing carpeting and VCT floor and rubber base. b. Skim coating and preparation of existing concrete subfloor for new flooring. c. Installation of new tile carpeting and VCT floor tile. d. Installation of new rubber base. Work Restrictions, General: Comply with restrictions on construction operations. 1. Comply with limitations on use of the building, site and public streets and other requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. B. Controlled Substances: Use of tobacco products, drugs, and other controlled substances on the Project site is not permitted. The entire building and site is a smokefree/drug-free zone. C. The Project site is a weapon-free zone. No guns or weapons are allowed on the Project site.
