It is suggested that bids being sent by mail, courier, FEDEX or UPS arrive at Olentangy Schools 24 hours prior to the bid opening. Submissions are subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids. The Owner will award the contracts to the lowest responsible bidders. The work consists of existing window replacements and curtain wall replacement at Alum Creek Elementary School, Arrowhead Elementary School, Scioto Ridge Elementary School, Wyandot Run Elementary School and Olentangy High School. Only lump sum single prime bids will be considered. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
