Preventative Maintenance and On-Call Generator Services. In accordance with MGL c. 30, section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a firm for the purposes of providing preventative maintenance and on-call repair of generators located at the Town's Water Wells, Booster Stations, and Sewer Stations. Estimated Cost $35,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work to be performed will include one major and one minor preventative maintenance visit per year for each generator listed in the bid specifications, as well as on-call repair services and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract bid price, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
