Scope of Work: The Seminole County Solid Waste Division is rehabilitating its Citizens Drop Off Area at the Seminole County Landfill, located at 1930 Osceola Road in Geneva, Florida 32732, to update its infrastructure and expand the areas footprint to handle the increase of incoming waste. The Work of this construction project, in general, is the demolition of the exiting push walls and concrete slab and the construction of new push walls and concrete slab. Question Submission Deadline: June 16, 2024, 5:00pm Bid Security shall be made payable to COUNTY, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidders Total Bid and in the form of a certified or cashiers check, or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of these Bid Documents Liquidated Damages: $250.00 / Day The county reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any and all irregularities, and the right to disregard any or all nonconforming The Engineers estimate for the project is $3,322,976.44
