Bronson State Forest located in southeastern Seminole County and northeastern Orange County in Christmas, Florida, according to the technical specifications set forth herein. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for road paving improvements within Little Big Econ State Forest located in eastern Seminole County in Geneva, Florida, and Charles H. Bronson State Forest located in southeastern Seminole County and northeastern Orange County in Christmas, Florida, according to the technical specifications set forth herein. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Construction Project Agreement between Owner and Contractor are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapters 255, and 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60D-5, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
