Bronson State Forest located in southeastern Seminole County and northeastern Orange County in Christmas, Florida, according to the technical specifications set forth herein. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Construction Project Agreement between Owner and Contractor are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapters 255, and 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60D-5, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). This solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Bidders interested in submitting a bid must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation.
