To support this, Manitoba is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assess the market for vendors that offer all or a subset of vending machine services defined below. No contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI. Food vending machines that offer hot, cold, fresh, and frozen food options. Beverage vending machines provide cold and hot drinks. Snack vending machines. Micro markets. Combo machines. Manitoba is looking to develop a go to market strategy and make master agreements available to support individual Government of Manitoba and Broader Public Sector departments. The goal of this RFI would be to solicit information in a formal and structured manner to keep everyone informed at the same time gain an understanding about the current market. The information being requested by this Request for Information (RFI) will provide Manitoba with a better understanding of the market for vendors offering vending machine services. Information required will include but is not limited to the list below: The Company's capability to meet a variety of needs, including scalability and geographical coverage. Types of vending machines available and their longevity (e.g., beverage, snack). Product selection options and customization capabilities. Pricing structure. Technology features (e.g., payment options, energy efficiency) Regulations and standards for vending machines.
