Reference Number 0000353331 Job Location Southgate Anderson High School The following outline sets forth the required Scope of Services for the Civil and Paving Project RFP to review and inspect the Project to produce a complete Project. The selected contractor will be required to provide and perform all Paving Services as indicated in the PEA Construction Documents and Specs dated May 16th, 2024. The anticipated work includes parking lots, curbs, selective sidewalk replacement and storm water retention work at Anderson High School located in the Southgate Community School district as indicated within the construction and RFP documents. The scope of work shall involve the following: 1. SUMMARY A. Project Summary: Provide civil and repaving contracting services for Anderson High School as stated within the construction and RFP documents. (a) Anderson High School, 15475 Leroy St, Southgate, MI 48195 B. This Project Will Be Constructed Through the Summer Months, When School is Out for Summer Break Session and Before the New School Year Begins. When School is Out of Session/summer - Please Figure Standard Shift 7am-5pm Mon-fri. (a) Last Day of School - June 12th, 2024 (B) First Day of School - September 3rd, 2024 Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 %
