Reference Number 0000356373 Project No. 1: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to complete tennis court renovations at Anderson High School as described below. Power wash and prepare tennis court surfaces in order to receive new surfacing and striping. Preparation to include, but is not limited to, power washing, cleaning and filling of all cracks with acrylic crack filler, and install new membrane system over the clean and filled cracks in preparation for new surfacing to be applied on top of existing surface. New court surfacing to include application of one (1) coat of Wipe Out Stain Blocker over entire court surface to eliminate rust, application of one (1) coat of acrylic over entire court surface, application of minimum two (2) coats of acrylic color over entire court surface, striping all eight (8) tennis courts to meet USTA standards. Project No. 2: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to complete running track renovations at Anderson High School as described below. Clean entire track free of all dirt and debris. Preparation of track to include, but is not limited to, power washing, cleaning and filling of all cracks on track and infield events areas as necessary in preparation for new surfacing to be applied on top of existing surface. Track surfacing shall consist of a blend of pigmented polyurethane and colored EPDM rubber granules. Top surface shall be applied in two coats over the existing polyurethane track at the rate of 1.5-1.8 pounds er square yard per coat. Granules shall be pure EPDM crumb .5-1.5mm in size. The material ratio of the top surface shall consist of sixty percent binder and forty percent EPDM rubber. The existing track shall be marked for 8-42" lanes and include all event markings as recommended by the National Federation of State High School Athletic Association and ASBA guidelines. Additional Requirements Remove and legally dispose of existing material as needed. Site restoration to be included in pricing. Protection of all landscaping, track, sidewalk, and path surfacing for any vehicle or equipment traffic with Duramat or district approved alternate. Provide warranty and servicing information for all products proposed in contractor's bid along with any extended warranty products available to the owner. Licensing fees, and software upgrades to be included for life of product. Provide personnel for maintenance and operator training.
