Bid bond waived in this instance; however, bidder(s) failing to enter into a contract with the City of Huron, upon notification of award, may be subject to removal from the bidder's list and from consideration for future bids. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The City of Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The award of the bid, if awarded, will be made to the responsible Bidder with lowest Total Bid. Performance and Payment Bond: Performance and payment bonds are required for all construction contracts and must be provided in accordance with the General Conditions. The Bidder agrees to complete all work prior to November 15, 2024. Liquidated damages in accordance with the schedule in the General Conditions of the Contract Documents shall apply for any work remaining after this date. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
