Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huron, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Base Bid: Grading work includes 12,550 CY of contractor furnished borrow, 3,290 CY of strip, stockpile, and place topsoil, and 1,750 CY of unclassified excavation. Utility work includes Installation of 585 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, 710 LF of 4-inch service pipe, 5 manholes, 620 LF of water main, 440 LF of water service line, 2 fire hydrants, 160 LF of 15 RCP storm sewer, 3 concrete storm inlets, and 1 storm manhole. Surfacing includes 2,855 SY of geotextile fabric, 15,860.0 Tons of aggregate base course, 540.0 Tons of asphalt surfacing, 6,760 SF of concrete sidewalk, 1,266 LF of concrete curb and gutter, and 50 SY of valley gutter. Traffic control, seeding, fertilizing, and fiber mulching are also included. Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents. Est. Value Notes: $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 Est.
