Saving Project...

Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Interested parties to meet at Service Building A, Rm 103 where the architect will review the project drawings and specifications prior to the site visit at the academic podium. All work on this Contract shall be substantially complete no later than April 20, 2025, and fully complete by May 20, 2025. Contract term: Substantial completion by 4/20/25, Full Completion by 5/20/25 Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $1,000,000 for this project. Please note that this project is exempt from the Wicks Law. Designated contacts for this project shall include primary contacts John Baldwin 518-442-3400, jbaldwin@albany.edu and secondary contact David VanVranken 518-442-3400, dvanvranken@albany.edu. Contacts made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
