Saving Project...

Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

To supply all labour, materials and equipment to provide a new signalized intersection, concrete medians, driveway access changes off and onsite, multi-use pathway and street lighting works as stated in the Tender document. The Works to be constructed under the Contract are located in the City of Chilliwack as shown on the plans and consist primarily of the supply, installation and commissioning of a new traffic signal, designated left turn lanes, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway access and curb return works, asphalt multi-use pathway, asphalt roadway repairs and resurfacing, street lighting works, business sign relocations, roadway markings, traffic control signage and on site parking lot adjustments and markings. Resurfacing works to include mill and paving 50mm UC#1 from station 1+230 to 1+740 as well as 1800m2 of 65mm mill and pave base repairs. Works also include but are not limited to sediment control, traffic control, coordination with various businesses and their delivery and access needs and restoration as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications. City will support evening and night work for this location if desired by the contractor to maximize efficiencies. Traffic Signal commissioning must be undertaken after 6pm.
