The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from firms with expertise in pervious pavements planning, evaluation, and design to submit a statement of qualifications, to perform an engineering study to evaluate the condition of existing pervious pavements (including roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks) on City right of way and within City parks properties, and provide recommendations to address issues found in the study as a part of the Pervious Pavement Evaluation Project - ST 053. The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from firms with expertise in pervious pavements planning, evaluation, and design to submit a statement of qualifications, to perform an engineering study to evaluate the condition of existing pervious pavements (including roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks) on City right of way and within City parks properties and provide recommendations to address issues found in the study. The goal is to develop and refine a list of recommended improvement alternatives for the City to consider and develop best practices for the City to maintain and preserve pervious pavements within the City. This project agreement will be for approximately two years in duration. The City will not pay for costs incurred by an applicant resulting from their preparation or submittal of a proposal in response to this RFQ. The City reserves the right to modify or cancel in part, or in its entirety, this RFQ.
