The successful bidder shall furnish all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and necessary appurtenances for the Grading and Drain Installation Project at Palm Park Beach House and Municipal Tennis & Pickleball Courts. In accordance with Civil Code & 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. o Remove and re-plant plants in work area except trees or palm trees.
o Grade and create swales for surface water.
o Soil level along building wall must be lowered by approximately 6" inches from current level.
o Install one (5) NDS 9" X 9" plastic drain boxes in the low area of the swale and connect to existing drain.
o Construction area must be cleaned and safe at the end of each day.

MUNICIPAL TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS
o Remove existing mulch.
o Trench approx. 120 linear feet
o Install approx. 120 linear feet of SDR Drain Pipe and connect to existing drains.
o Upgrade and install new 12" drain boxes (10 total).
o Grade planters as needed by hand to create a swale.
o Install weed fabric in swale.
o Install 3 yards 3/4 " crushed rock in swale.
o Install 10' feet of drainpipe under door entrance on the westside of the building to connect to existing drains.
o All materials must be hauled away by the contractor.
