Renovation of an educational facility in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

North Hall Middle Cooling Tower Replacement. A site visit is required to verify scope of work and conditions. Contact Hall County BOE Maintenance at 770- 534-1291 to schedule. Remove and disposal of existing Evapco Cooling Tower (serial# M035458) and I Beams. Installation of new I Beams Assembly and installation of new Evapco Tower (or approved equal) direct replacement. Connect to existing piping, low voltage, and high voltage, drain and fill lines. Connect to existing VFD. Connect to existing heat trace. Piping and insulation repair as needed. The Hall County School District (HCSD) will be accepting bid proposals for a replacement cooling tower at North Hall Middle. The HCSD has the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. Should you have any questions or concerns about any of the items on the work write-up, please contact Scott Hodgkins for clarification prior to bidding. You are reminded that your bid should be inclusive of all taxes, fees and permits. Upon selection of the winning contractor, HCSD will send a Bid Award Notice to the selected contractor. The purpose of this project is to replace the Cooling Tower at North Hall Middle School. Key components of this project include
